We hope you are very happy with your purchase and service we have provided you, but if you are not happy you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns will be issued via the same method used for payment. We are unable to refund the delivery costs. Once we receive the items we will process the refund within 10 working days, please make sure you obtain proof of postage.
Your staturory rights are not affected. All electric products are to be returned at cost to the customer. All products must be returned unused , undamaged and in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund. All customers are encouraged to retain the original packaging for 14 days and unbox the item carefully.

If your product has developed a fault within the warranty period you must contact us so we can arrange for a engineer to visit you. We will not refund or replace or offer a substitute until a engineer has confirmed the fault and that this has not been caused by misuse of the product.
If your fault is not covered under the product warranty of 1 year as standard, where possible we will present you with options to resolve the fault. Some repairs can take up to 28 days depending on the parts needed to order.
